Welcome to the Levit8 Job Portal web application (the "Application"), provided by Levit8 Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("Levit8 Technologies", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you ("you", "user", "candidate" or "jobseeker") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application.

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

a. The Application is designed to facilitate job interviews by utilizing a chat bot that asks contextual and personalized questions to candidates based on the information provided in their submitted CVs.

b. The data provided in the CVs will be used to train proprietary machine learning models for the purpose of improving the relevance of interview questions in future interviews.

c. Answers provided by candidates during interviews may be used to further train the proprietary AI models.

d. Transcripts of interview chats and their analysis will be made available to the recruiter of the employer whose job the candidate has either applied to or been selected to apply for.

e. Jobseekers using the Application must ensure that they are of legal age to work in any sort of employment in their respective country of location. It is the responsibility of the jobseeker to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment eligibility.

f. The Application may use the candidate's CV and interview information to recommend matching jobs to the candidates based on their skills assessed during the CV review and the interview process.

g. The Application may also assist candidates in creating a holistic CV/profile based on the information provided during the interview process and other relevant data.

h. The Application now includes a job search and job matching feature that uses semantic search technology. Data from your CV and interviews—including but not limited to educational qualifications, work experience, current location, key skills, and competencies—will be used to personalize your job search and refine job recommendations.

i. Candidates must register on the platform and create a personal account. This account will be used to log in, view and apply for recommended jobs, track application status, and receive updates via email, phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp from the platform or its users (employers).

j. Candidates may participate in mock AI-led interviews for job roles of interest. These mock interviews will provide personalized analysis and career advice to help identify and address any skill or experience gaps relative to target roles.

k. Candidate CVs may be made available to recruiters and employers who have posted jobs on the platform. These recruiters/employers may contact candidates directly if they deem the profile suitable for a role.

a. All data submitted to the Application, including CVs, interview transcripts, and analysis, will remain with the Application.

b. The data may be used to make it available to other employers who are interested and willing to pay for access to the data.

c. Data will be stored in different data centers located across the world to ensure accessibility and efficiency.

a. Users are required to create a profile on the Application to access its features.

b. Users may view and request a copy of the transcript of their interview chats.

All rights are reserved by the Application concerning the management and usage of the data on the Application.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Levit8 Technologies reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
